Luca graduated Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2007. He furthered his studies at University College London where he obtained a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law. While pursuing his studies, Luca also carried out a six-month in-service training period with the Cabinet of Commissioner Joe Borg of the European Commission.
He was called to the Bar in January 2009 and, soon afterwards, joined the firm as an associate. Luca’s principal areas of practice include Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Residency and Immigration. He has, over the years, acquired notable experience in privatisation matters, advising both the Government of Malta and private investors alike. Luca has worked on a number of public company listings on the Malta Stock Exchange.
