Karl graduated from the University of Malta in 2003 and was called to the Bar in 2004. In that year he also completed his Magister Juris in European and Comparative Law with distinction from the University of Malta.
During his Magister Juris he pursued courses in European & Comparative Business Enterprise Law, Judicial Protection in the EU, Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law, Legal & Policy Aspects of Communication & E-Business. Karl has also obtained a Diploma in Canonical Marriage Cases Jurisprudence and Procedure after completing a course held by the Metropolitan Tribunal of Malta in 2005 and is, therefore, qualified to assist clients throughout annulment proceedings initiated in this forum.
He joined the firm as an Associate in 2008. Karl practices mainly in Industrial and Employment Law, Property and Conveyancing Law, IT, Telecoms and Electronic Commerce Law, General Civil and Commercial Law and Litigation. Most recently Karl has been actively involved in the drafting and negotiation of several operating agreements relative to the management of hotels and other leisure projects.
